Do you have a return and refund policy?
Goods sold are not returnable, refundable and exchangeable.

Can I make a reservation for the items?
You may reserve the items with us however it will be up for sale again in the event we have not receive the payment within 1 week from the date of reservation.

Is the price inclusive of postal charges?
Not inclusive.The price shown on our website is excluding the postal charges. The postal fees differs by locations and therefore we will inform you by email or call on the postal fees.

How can I purchase the items?

We do not have a store for walk in customers as we intend to do direct selling via virtual store for our customers convenience and to offer a lower price for our customers.
